Baby Animal Days!
To start the Easter weekend off we went to the school I work at and fed the baby chicks. We hatched 2 chickens in our classroom! So fun! We got 12 fertilized eggs and only 2 hatched. One of the chickens has a bad leg and it is still alive. We think it is so funny that we have a disabled chicken in in our life skills class :) his name is Lucky. One of the student's moms felt bad that we only had 2, so she went and bought us 4 more. The other chickens names are: Tiny Pete, Pepper, Ginger, Fluffy and Sunshine (the other chicken we hatched in our classroom). It has been lots of fun!

You are such a mother hen to the baby chicks, you crack me up. Only you would worry about cleaning the chick's bottom.
