I'm 13 -14 weeks along, due Dec. 20! We tried to avoid a December baby, but with my past miscarraiges, we couldn't be too picky. We only tried for a couple weeks in March, then decided to wait until June to try again. We were already pregnant by then! We started preventing in April and I didn't find out I was pregnant until I started getting sick, at about 6-7 weeks. I've been pretty sick, nauseous all the time, and wanting to throw up. It's pretty annoying and nasty, but it's for a good reason! I wasn't sick with my miscarraiges and miscarried at 5, then 7 weeks. So we are good to go this time around! I've been taking B6 and Unisom to help with the nausea, but sometimes it doesn't work and most days it just takes the edge off, to where I'm only a little nauseous. I get sicker in the afternoons and evenings.... blah, but I'm just truckin along and trying to do my best. The doctor found a heart beat at 8 weeks and we just had another appt. last week and everything looks great. I've never had 2 ultrasounds so close together. It's amazing how fast they grow. In just 4 weeks the baby grew 3 times it's size! No wonder I'm so sick. It's taking everything out of me to make this little human inside me :) We are so excited to add a new little one to our family. I'm still running Ragnar this weekend and have still been running. It's been extra hard with the nausea, but I've just pushed through it, but I'm taking my time. It will be a little different this year with racing, because I'm not going to push myself. As long as I finish I'll be happy :)
